Include whichever of these you have, so we can find it straight away:
- The order or payment reference from your receipt or bank statement.
- The station, and roughly when you charged.
- The phone number on your AthenireCharge account, if you have one.
In the app
Profile → Help & Support raises a case that stays open until it is answered, and shows its progress.
Running chargers
Operators and site hosts can apply from the host page, or write to the same address.
