One wallet, a cap per driver
Load the company wallet once. Every driver charges from it, and each has their own monthly limit — set when you invite them, so a cap exists from their first charge rather than after the first surprise.
Who spent this
The question a shared login cannot answer. Every session is attributed to the driver who started it, with energy, cost, site and time. Roles are explicit: an admin can invite and set limits but cannot spend the balance out from under you.
One GST invoice
Charging is a supply of service, so tax falls due when money is added rather than when electricity is drawn. Receipt vouchers are raised on each top-up and refund vouchers on each return, and the return extract comes from those vouchers as issued.
Charge anywhere, not just at ours
Our own network is small. Drivers charge on roaming partners' chargers too, and it settles onto the same wallet and the same invoice — which is the entire point of a fleet account.
Refunds without a claim
A session that delivers no energy refunds itself. Nobody files anything, and it never appears on your invoice as a charge you have to dispute.
Reliability before the drive
Sites carry a score from sessions that actually delivered energy. A van sent to a dead charger is a delivery window missed, and that is the failure worth designing against.
Three things we do not do
You would run a pilot before signing anything, and find all three. A claim that does not survive the pilot costs more than the deal.
Telematics
We do not read state of charge or battery health from your vehicles. There is no integration with a telematics provider, and we are not going to imply otherwise on a page you will test.
Route optimisation for fleets
There is a trip planner that routes one driver around charging stops. It is not a dispatch system and does not optimise a day's deliveries across a fleet.
A dedicated fleet console
Group wallets, limits and attribution are in the app. There is no separate web dashboard for a fleet manager yet — which is the first thing we would build with a fleet that wanted one.
