What we are building
AthenireCharge is an EV charging network and the platform underneath it. Drivers get one account and one wallet across chargers that today each want their own app. Operators — a housing society, a hotel, a fleet depot, a petrol pump, a company running a hundred chargers — get the software to run their chargers, price them, get paid and be found.
The two halves are one product on purpose. The platform an operator uses to set a tariff is the same system that shows a driver the price before they start.
Open standards, not a walled garden
Chargers connect over OCPP 1.6-J or 2.0.1, so an operator can bring almost any charger and is never locked to hardware we sell — we sell none. Networks peer with us over OCPI 2.2.1 in both directions, and charging is discoverable over Beckn / UEI.
Built in India, for India
UPI payments, GST invoicing that holds up to a filing, shared charging in housing societies and a mix of new and old hardware are the starting point, not a localisation pass. Our servers and database run in Mumbai.
Where we are honest about being early
Our own network is our first sites, not a national map; the driver app is in private testing rather than in the stores; and we publish no uptime figures until we have the traffic to compute one honestly. The comparison page says all three before you have to find them.

Do you sell EV chargers?
No. We run software and a network for chargers from any manufacturer that speaks OCPP 1.6-J or 2.0.1.
