Meter-led billing
Bills are based on charger meter values and CDR evidence - never a time estimate dressed up as energy.
AthenireCharge brings tariffs, live load and charging outcomes into one operational view, without promising battery or V2G capabilities where a site has not enabled them.
01
Bills are based on charger meter values and CDR evidence - never a time estimate dressed up as energy.
02
A tariff belongs to a station and a time window, not a hidden number buried in a finance export.
03
When a charger is offline, unavailable or mid-command, the product shows its actual state rather than assuming success.
Every session is billed from the charger's own meter values and the charge detail record. Time can be priced — an idle fee for a car left plugged in after it is full is common and fair — but it is priced as time, on its own line, never passed off as energy.
A tariff can carry energy slabs, session and idle fees, and tax, and it can apply to one charger, a whole site or the whole organisation — the most specific one wins. Each session is priced from a snapshot of the tariff it started on, so changing a price never reprices a charge already running, and the driver's quote, spend cap and receipt are the same calculation.
How many cars a site can charge at once depends on how much power the building is already drawing. Our site plan states whether its answer comes from live meter readings, from readings too old to trust, or from static configuration alone — and it discards stale readings rather than treating them as live. A site meter reports through a scoped machine key, not a staff member's login.
Tariffs carry time windows, so a site can price peak and off-peak hours differently.
Yes. Sessions already running keep the price they started on; new sessions get the new one.
Only where the site's hardware supports it and it has been switched on. We do not show capabilities a site does not have.
